Thermal oil heater (also known as electric heating thermal oil furnace) is a new, safe, efficient and energy-saving electric heating equipment that can provide high-temperature heat energy at normal pressure or lower pressure. The equipment uses electricity as the heat source and thermal oil as the heat carrier, and realizes continuous heat transfer through the circulation pump, so that the temperature of the heated object rises steadily to meet the heating process requirements. Compared with high-pressure steam systems, thermal oil heaters can achieve higher operating temperatures without having to withstand high pressure, with stable temperature control and relatively simple operation and management.
