The oven series covers two categories: continuous drying tunnel and batch hot air circulation oven. The studio is made of high-quality steel structure, the surface of the box is painted, and the appearance is beautiful; the temperature control instrument uses a digital display smart meter, PID adjustment, and is equipped with an alarm device, making the equipment easy and fast to operate. The working room size, drying tunnel length and installed power can be customized according to workpiece size, loading capacity and process temperature.

How to choose drying tunnel and hot air circulation oven?
For continuous production lines (workpieces pass through the conveyor line continuously), choose a drying tunnel. We have experience in manufacturing drying tunnels with lengths of 5 meters and 35 meters. The length can be customized according to the rhythm of the production line. For batch drying (loading materials in batches), choose a hot air circulation oven, which has single-door, double-chamber and other forms.
How to ensure the temperature uniformity of the oven?
The hot air circulation structure allows hot air to circulate in the studio, and cooperates with the digital display smart meter PID adjustment to reduce temperature fluctuations and indoor temperature differences; the specific uniformity index is related to the studio size and loading method, and should be confirmed during model selection.
Can the oven size and power be customized?
Yes. The working room size, drying tunnel length, installed power and temperature range are all customized according to the workpiece size, loading capacity and process temperature. A plan can be made after providing the workpiece and process requirements.
What safety protection does the oven have?
It is equipped with an alarm device as standard, and the temperature control adopts digital display smart meter PID adjustment; control functions such as over-temperature protection can be configured according to process needs.
