Product overview
The air heater uses stainless steel electric heating tubes as the heating element. The inner cavity of the heater is equipped with multiple baffles, which can extend the residence time of air in the inner cavity and improve the heat exchange efficiency. The installed power can be customized according to the customer's startup heating time requirements, and the temperature control accuracy is high. In addition to air, it can also be used for heating nitrogen, steam (superheated) and other gases. When the medium and temperature and pressure levels are different, carbon steel, stainless steel, 316L and other materials can be used.

Selection FAQ
What gases can an air heater heat?
Common applications include heating with gases such as air, nitrogen and steam (superheated). Different media will affect the material selection. For example, stainless steel (including 316L) is often used in clean gas applications such as nitrogen. Please inform the media type when selecting.
How to determine the power of air heater?
The installed power is mainly determined by the gas flow and the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet, and the heating time requirements for startup are also taken into consideration. Provide air volume (or flow), inlet temperature and target outlet temperature, and we can calculate the required power for you. Commonly used models cover 10KW-280KW, and larger power can be customized.
Can it be used in high temperature and high pressure situations?
Can be customized. We have manufacturing experience in 900℃ high temperature models and 4.0MPa pressure models. Please provide the design temperature and design pressure, and our technicians will confirm the solution.
How to ensure that the outlet temperature is stable?
Multiple baffles are installed in the heater cavity to extend the residence time of air in the cavity to improve heat exchange efficiency, and cooperate with the temperature control system to achieve higher temperature control accuracy; the specific control scheme can be configured according to process requirements.
